Beef

All our Beef comes from "Farm Assured" local West Country Farms, which means high welfare standards, good animal husbandry and full traceability. Hind cuts are hung for a full 21 days for a maximum flavour and tenderness, before being freshly butchered in the shop.

All the traditional cuts, sourced in the West Country are produced to the highest quality and matured to perfection. Try a traditional Fore Rib of Beef, full of flavour, great value and a wonderful dish to serve on any occasion. Or try the King of roasting joints, Sirloin, closely followed by Topside or Top Rump.
